The TASER is a very scary weapon, but what's scarier in this video is the brutality with which cops use it. They are over the top, tazing women, old people, scared people, drunk people. It's like vulnerability is an excuse to electrocute the citizen. Watch this whole thing so you'll know what to do if a cop threatens to taze you. Do whatever the fuck he says to do.
